My theories for The Dark Knight Rises
- Bane comes to Gotham, creates havoc, kidnaps Batman and takes him to his underground lair. While there he “breaks the Bat” leaving Batman unable to fight. Meanwhile Bane continues to destroy Gotham. Eventually Batman heals himself in the Lazarus Pit, comes back to Gotham to stop Bane, and dies. JGL’s character then takes over as Batman.
- Same as the first theory but while Batman is unable to fight JGL’s character dresses up as Batman to stop Bane. Batman finally comes back to Gotham but JGL dies in the process. Batman finally stops Bane and then retires Batman for good.
Either way Batman will be unable to fight at some point in the movie. Also I believe Batman will die based off what Catwoman said to Batman.
To which Batman replied…
Pretty sure he’s going to die…What more could Batman give Gotham outside of his own life?
